Experience is great but personality means more. We are a family run business with many stores and have decades of knowledge in our field. A wonderful opportunity to grow and earn high wages with a group that considers themselves a family. Salary 18,000 - 36,000 + bonus up to 25% + potential commissions. Other benefits are available dependent on position. Training uit given where needed. You will get a high level of training / understanding of IT systems naturally which benefits any career. Working requirements The role is for someone who would like to expand and increase their salary and responsibilities quickly as we are looking for people who will become store & regional mangers. English, Spanish, with Catalan being a high plus, are required. Other than that we will check each individual on their own merits without forced requirements. Location Granollers (potentially Sabadell & Girona as well). Role To work in our stores up to 5 days a week. Some working from home opportunities. Probation period required but once complete Personality You must be disciplined about your appearance, vibrant in expression, intelligent, compassionate, a strong character but easy going with customers & fellow employees, and willing to learn. Long term willingness to develop your job is a good thing. We are looking for those that wish a career in the area & would like to build and grow with the business. Responsibilities * Understand the methods mostly in tore and online of how to sell the product & best express that product to the customers though honesty & value * Build relationships with the customer to understand exactly what they need * Promote long term custom relationships with the stores * Utilise and update our admin system to enable us to manage the customer journey pro-actively * Be willing to be responsible alone for a few hours a day * Keep the shop aesthetically pleasing * Achieve sales and performance targets to enhance your commission * Thrive in our working environment * Make suggestions & get involved in enhancing the business * Provide an impeccable customer experience putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
