Remuneración:A convenirTipo de contrato:A convenirJornada:Jornada IndiferenteAños de experiencia:Sin ExperienciaCash Application Supervisor with Fluent English will be responsible for:Co-ordinate and prioritize activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately within established deadlines and as per firm policies and procedures.Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Resolve escalations from internal stakeholders and respond to enquiries, ensuring issue and error resolution in line with agreed SLAs.Analyze and interpret data to create and maintain operational efficiency and support management decision.Liaising with internal teams ensuring correct allocation of the funds.Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Analyze and interpret data to create and maintain operational efficiency and support management decision.Reporting and reviewing of daily and monthly KPIs.Support internal and external audits is required.Adhere to all documented procedures, internal controls, governance and policy requirements at all timesAdhoc support to the higher management team.Set clear objectives/KPIs for team, regularly review and monitor performance, provide guidance and support to achieve both business and individual objectives.Manage resources (holidays, absences, out of office days etc) to minimize business interruption.Support the training and development plans for the team to enhance their competencies.Monitor and evaluate performance; provide feedback through regular one-to-ones.Cash Application Supervisor with Fluent English requires:Previous experience in Cash Application is required. Previous staff supervisory experience is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Accounting knowledge required.Advanced working knowledge of Excel required.Dynamic, organized with a critical and methodical approach.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.Previous experience in a leadership position is necessary (at least a group of three team members).Fluent level in English in required.
